Due to the efforts to increase COVID-19 vaccination coverage worldwide, including in Myanmar, and the public’s adoption of new normal setting, the incidence of the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly decreased. With the aim of relaxing health regulations to promote the development of the tourism and trade sectors, “Public Health Requirements for Travelers Entering Myanmar Through International Airports, Seaports and Cross Border PoEs (1-3-2024)” have been revoked by the Ministry of Health.
