1. A complete application form and biography form
2. Original passport with minimum 6 months validity and 2 vacant VISA pages.
3. 3 recent color photos with white background (3.5 x 4.5 cm)
4. A sponsorship letter from Myanmar National
5. The Copy of Myanmar National Identification Card/ Myanmar passport of sponsor
6. Resident proof from District administration office of sponsor
7. Household members list of sponsor
8. Birth certificate in case of VISA of child
9. Marriage certificate in case of visa of spouse married to Myanmar national
10. Photocopy of old social visa if the applicant has travelled before with social visa
11. Approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay pyi Taw
12. Full Covid-19 vaccination certificate
13. The fees for Social visa single entry is Rs. 4200

MULTIPLE ENTRY

1. Social visa multiple entry can be given to those who has attained social visa single entry earlier for at least twice
2. Approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nay Pyi Taw
3. The fees for Social visa 3 months multiple is Rs.12600 , 6 months multiple is Rs. 25200 & 1 year multiple is Rs. 37800
